• Can I have a product material safety data sheet (MSDS)?

The MSDSs are sent out via your

supplying depot, or alternatively can be

requested via the general enquiry form.

• Can I have a product specification / technical specification?

The product specifications and technical

specifications are available from your

supplying depot, alternatively you can

make a request via the general enquiry form.

• Can you provide COSHH assessments for the products you sell?

We do not provide COSHH assessments,

as they are unique to specific

processes. We do provide material safety

data sheets that are essential

reference documents when performing a

COSHH assessment. The HSE website

offers further information on COSHH

assessments.

• How can containers be disposed of?

We offer returnable and non-returnable

containers. If you take Brenntag returnable

containers we will collect the

containers when you have used the

product. If the containers are non-

returnable, Brenntag cannot take them

back as we are not licensed to manage

waste.

• Can you supply delivery info, bulk deliveries and pack sizes?

The delivery information for your order and

packs sizes available are available

from your supplying depot.

• What Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should I be wearing?

The PPE requirements are listed on

section 8 of the product MSDS. Information

can also be obtained from your PPE

supplier. When handling chemicals a

minimum of gloves and goggles should be

worn.

• Do you offer training courses on how to use chemicals?

We do not offer general training courses

but we are available to offer help and

advice where needed. Specialist training

for swimming pool products is available.

• What is the shelf life of my product?

The shelf life of our products is available

from your local supplying depot.

• What is the procedure for a pressure bin delivery or bulk delivery?

A trained employee from your supplying

depot will visit the delivery site and carry

out a pre-delivery inspection before

any delivery can commence.

• Can the customer collect products?

This is dependant on the product, the

quantity requested and the type of

collection vehicle. Further information is

available from your supplying depot.
