Brenntag UK’s Mixing & Blending (M&B) group offer a range of toll blending options to a wide selection of industry sectors. Our purpose built facilities offer a variety of blending options from simple powder/liquid, liquid/liquid blends, including flammables, through to more complex multi-component speciality products. We are also able to offer simple reaction chemistry via our West Yorkshire site, which has been granted IPPC authorisation by the Environment Agency.

In-vessel shearing and homogenisation is available for emulsions and dispersions together with conventional variable speed agitation. Both steam coils and jackets provide heating to vessels, and separate melting of solid or waxy materials is available via hot boxes.

Due to our flexible facilities we can perform small trials from 100 litre through to bulk tanker volumes.

We enjoy an extensive network of blending facilities within the Brenntag Group worldwide. This means we can often offer and coordinate a blending location closer to your desired destination point, minimising logistics costs and in some cases negating currency fluctuations and import duties etc…

Operating to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and CBA Responsible Care, we set and maintain the highest standards in Quality and Safety. Our laboratory facilities offer QC testing services and our knowledgeable technical team are available to offer valuable input into process development.

Building on our experience of supply chain logistics, utilising our problem-solving approach, we create your solutions. Flexible packaging options include bulk tankers down to small packs, with fully integrated returnable packaging solutions available via the Brenntag distribution network.
